Bending radius test
Under the relatively higher or lower temperature, the testing result of conduit shows it conforms to IEC 61386 standard .
Shocking testing
Under the different temperature , put the sample conduit on the level surface , shock the middle part of the sample surface , result of testing shows it conforms to IEC EN61368
Bending low temperature test
Under low temperature ,put the sample into the controlling the temperature box ,and by using the winding drum winds around the sample , you can get the different grade according to the diameter of the winding drum.
High temperature ageing test
Under the particular temperature , put the sample into the oven, and then remove to the room temperature ,you can differ from the diameter of the winding drum after the sample is winded around by the winding drum.
Self -extinguishing test
The testing sample evaluation of the parameters of the flame include: burning time ,flame speed , self -extinguishing time after removing the fire .
Compression test
Under the standard temperature, the conduit can bear the force from upside and downside , after a while , the recovering force shows the compression and tension.
Torque testing
Under the standard environment ( temperature :23 Degree,humidity :50%, ) you can test the force between the conduit and connector . it shows the torque force.
